Automation Engineer – PLC Programming

About the Role

Aaxis Nano Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens PLC,HMI and Scada programming, troubleshooting, commissioning, and industrial automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs.

Work on PLC platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, or equivalent.

Configure and troubleshoot siemens HMI , Wincc qualified and Wincc SCADA systems.

Perform installation, commissioning, I/O checking, loop checking, testing, and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, control panels, and industrial communication issues.

Configure protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet/IP, OPC, MQTT, etc.

Integrate PLCs with instruments, sensors, actuators, and control panels.

Read and understand electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and control schematics.





Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

Prepare service, commissioning, and technical reports.

Travel across India for site commissioning and service activities.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience on siemens PLC and Scada Programming & Troubleshooting.

Experience with HMI/SCADA.

Knowledge of industrial automation, process control panels, instrumentation, and networking.

Positive problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Qualification

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
