Role Description This is a full time, on-site B2B Sales role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The B2B Sales professional will identify and qualify prospects, conduct outbound outreach, and build strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.

Responsibilities include presenting solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals that align with client needs and company objectives.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The individual will also contribute to sales strategy, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback to improve offerings and client experience.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Customer Service and client relationship management skills to ensure a positive, solution-focused experience.
Proven Sales skills in B2B settings, with experience in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals.
Experience in Training or coaching peers, and foundational Sales Management capabilities are desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar with a proactive, target-oriented mindset.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for tracking performance and pipeline.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in outsourcing, IT services, or demand generation is an advantage.
