Job Purpose :Responsible for probing parents’ requirements, mapping them with Footprints’ services, conducting follow-ups with prospective parents, scheduling visits, and facilitating enrollments into Footprints Preschool and Daycare programs. :Handle incoming calls using Footprints systems and address all queries or concerns of parents in a skilled manner.

Effectively communicate Footprints’ value propositions, programs, and services to prospective parents.

Make outbound calls to leads assigned by the system and pre-qualify them by gathering information about their location, profile, and interests.

Present detailed information about Footprints programs and document all lead-related data accurately in the system.

Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to gauge prospect interest and encourage centre visits for admissions.

Follow up with prospects post-centre visits to assist them with the admission process.





Respond promptly to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages.

Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups as per business requirements and defined workflows to meet the required targets. Minimum Education :Graduate Skills :Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Active listening and interpersonal skills.

Valuable computer proficiency.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems.

Familiarity with Dialer tools and call-handling processes. Experience :1 year and above in sales/customer service

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
