Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Counsel students about courses, programs, fees, eligibility and career opportunities.
Understand students’ requirements and guide them toward suitable courses.
Follow up with leads and prospective students regularly.
Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and management teams for smooth admission processes.
Build robust relationships with students and parents.
Handle walk-in enquiries and provide complete course information.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education sales or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive and target-oriented.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Candidates with experience in the education, cosmetology, healthcare or training industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
