Employment Type: Full time:
Assist in preparing architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and detailed drawings.
Support the senior architects in developing residential and real estate project designs.
Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other architectural/design software.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project teams to ensure design requirements are met.
Assist in preparing 2D/3D drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and project requirements.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Make revisions to drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings, plans, and project-related records.
Desired Skills:
B.Arch / Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural software.
Good understanding of architectural design and drafting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.
