Handle accounts receivable activities for the US healthcare process.
Make outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
Follow up on claim status, denials, payments, and outstanding balances.
Identify and resolve claim-related issues through effective communication.
Maintain accurate records and update claim/account information.
Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement.
Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.

� Candidate Requirements
Experience in AR Calling / US Healthcare / Medical Billing will be preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of US healthcare and insurance processes.
Candidates should be comfortable attending a walk-in interview.
