Role Description: The Admissions Editor is a full time, in office role based in Defence Colony. The person in this role will review, edit, and refine application essays, personal statements, and other admissions materials to ensure clarity, coherence, and impact. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with counsellors to understand student profiles, providing structured feedback on drafts, and helping applicants communicate their academic interests and personal stories effectively.

Editor will also support the development of templates and guidelines, maintain quality and consistency across written materials, and assist with content related to admissions resources, newsletters, and guides.

Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on academic and admissions-related content.




Ability to analyze student profiles and translate experiences into compelling narratives and structured essays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with students and counsellors.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Education, or a related field; prior experience in admissions, counselling, or academic editing is an advantage.
Familiarity with global undergraduate admissions processes (USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, etc.) is highly beneficial.
Comfort working in an in office, fast-paced environment and maintaining confidentiality of student information.
