About the Role The AS400 Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AS400 technologies and strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform.
Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.




Apply experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum approach and use JIRA for project/task management.
Solve problems independently and creatively.
Perform problem analysis, data mapping, use case modeling, and documentation.
Deliver quality customer service and products.

Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience on AS400.

Required Skills
Applied experience with one of the following technologies/languages: RPG/LE, COBOL/400, SQL, Query/400, QM Query, ASC Sequel, CLP/CLLE, MQ, Data queue, JIRA, Service Now, SFTP, IFS, DB2/400, TAATOOL, RDI and Arcad.
Experience with the Waterfall/Agile/Scrum approach and knowledge of JIRA.
Ability to solve problems independently and creatively.
Experience in problem analysis, data mapping, use case modeling, and documentation.
Commitment to deliver quality customer service and products.
