Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing current business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective students and corporate partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings; understanding candidate requirements; presenting appropriate management and distance education programs; and following up to ensure successful admissions.

Executive will also maintain and grow existing accounts, collaborate with counseling and marketing teams, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports on pipeline and conversion rates.

Qualifications
Business development skills, including New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Client relationship and Account Management skills to nurture and retain partners and learners.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain programs clearly and persuasively.
Basic understanding of business and management education programs, admission processes, or education services.
Proven ability to meet targets, manage a sales pipeline, and work with CRM or lead management tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
Comfortable working in office in Gurugram and engaging with prospects through in-person and telephonic interactions.
High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a learner-centric approach to guidance and counseling.
