We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented business development executive with proven sales experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should understand the agency ecosystem, digital marketing services, client pain points, and must possess solid sales conversion capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Identify potential clients requiring digital marketing, branding, or performance marketing services.
Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Pitch agency services, including SEO, performance marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media marketing, website development, and branding & creative services.
Prepare customized client pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and strategic presentations.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Negotiate commercials, proposals, and contracts to achieve successful conversions.




Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-up schedules, CRM records, and conversion tracking.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging prospects in digital marketing.
