DENZ FINANCE PVT LTD IS HIRING ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGERS

Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
Assist in achieving branch sales and business targets.
Supervise and guide branch staff and field activities.
Handle customer queries and maintain positive customer relationships.
Monitor loan applications, documentation, and collections.
Ensure proper KYC and compliance with company policies.
Track daily performance and operational activities.
Prepare and submit required branch reports to management.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Degree or diploma is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team-handling abilities.
Knowledge of loan operations, collections, and customer handling.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
Target-oriented and valuable problem-solving skills.

Kesavadasapuram,Attingal,Sasthamangalam

Working Hours:

9.30 AM To 5.30 PM

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
