We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales of our HRMS and Payroll software. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities for HRMS and Payroll software.
Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs, Directors and business owners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate software demonstrations.
Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions, follow-ups and closures.
Build relationships with HR consultants, channel partners and industry associations.
Represent Normiqo at trade fairs, exhibitions and relevant business events.
Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales support and customer onboarding.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Candidate Profile
3–7 years of experience in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP or B2B software sales.
Experience in HRMS or Payroll software sales will be strongly preferred.
Strong business communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident, professionally presentable and comfortable interacting with senior management.
Experience in client meetings, product demonstrations and sales closures.
Valuable command of English and Hindi.
Comfortable with client visits and business travel.
Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.
Education
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or HR is preferred. Candidates with relevant software sales experience and solid business-development skills may also apply.
