Role Description This is a full time, on-site Billing & Office Staff role based in Kochi. The role involves preparing and processing invoices, updating billing records, and ensuring accurate entry of financial and customer information.

Responsibilities include handling customer queries related to billing, coordinating with the sales and delivery teams, and maintaining organized files and office documentation. The Billing & Office Staff member will support day-to-day office administration, such as managing phone calls, tracking orders, and assisting with basic accounting tasks.



The role requires consistent attention to detail, timely completion of tasks, and collaboration with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage records, documentation, and daily office operations.
Basic Accounting skills to handle billing, invoicing, and simple financial entries accurately.
Ability to use office software (e.g., spreadsheets, invoicing tools) and maintain organized digital and physical files.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, distribution-focused environment.
Prior experience in billing, office support, or retail/wholesale operations is an advantage.
Minimum high school education; additional training in accounting, commerce, or office administration is beneficial.
