Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a solid sales pipeline in the real estate sector.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with prospective clients, understand their property requirements, present suitable solutions, and manage relationships through regular follow-ups. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, attending client meetings, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes,



and meeting revenue and growth targets. The role offers a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA, with opportunities for performance-based growth.

Qualifications
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of driving sales growth.
Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to nurture long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze real estate trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Comfort working in a target-driven setting, with good negotiation and presentation abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in real estate sales, consulting, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, reports, and client communication.
