Role Description The Business Development Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. In this position, the intern will support lead generation activities, identify potential clients, and assist in nurturing relationships through calls, emails, and meetings. The role involves conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs, and summarizing findings in clear reports and presentations.





The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns, and help maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with internal stakeholders, responding to basic client inquiries, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and business data.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and qualify business opportunities.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or software/services sales will be beneficial.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with online research tools or CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
