Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Current Delhi.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, and support the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include conducting market and competitor research, generating leads, preparing and delivering presentations, and maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals,



refine service offerings, and ensure client satisfaction, while representing RoadLay at meetings, industry events, and site visits as needed.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and Market Research skills to identify prospects and understand industry trends.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
Candidates should ideally have knowledge of infrastructure, construction, or road safety sectors, with prior experience in business development or sales.
Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, along with robust organizational and time-management abilities.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
