Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Karur.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue current business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with repair centers, distributors, and industry partners, and promote EDIO_INDIA’s hardware solutions in target markets.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing go-to-market strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and preparing proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs. The role involves coordinating with product and technical teams to align client requirements with product capabilities,



negotiating contracts, and tracking performance metrics to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

The Business Development

Manager will also represent the company at industry events and actively contribute to brand awareness and customer education.

Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to support data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for engaging clients and stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prior exposure to hardware, electronics, or repair-tech industries is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Comfort working in office in Karur, with readiness for client visits and occasional travel as required.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
