Role Summary

We are seeking an in office Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand ALLEN's reach across Uttar Pradesh. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying business opportunities and building strategic relationships with schools and local partners.
- Generating leads, conducting presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales/outreach process.
- Coordinating with internal academic and marketing teams for promotional activities and keeping CRM records updated.
- Representing ALLEN's brand values to achieve regional enrolment and expansion targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
Candidates should possess solid Business understanding and Account Management skills.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in education, EdTech, or service-based industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, travel within the region, and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets, negotiate agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
