Role Description This full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager is based in Bhiwandi.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and develop strategies to expand Print Vision’s presence in target markets. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and production capabilities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research, monitoring competitor activities, and providing regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.





The Business Development

Manager will collaborate closely with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth project execution and repeat business.

Qualifications
Solid skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Experience in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning to support revenue growth and geographic expansion.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including comfort interacting with decision-makers at various levels.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, proposals, and follow-ups efficiently.
Experience in the printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industry is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentation software) and comfort working with sales reporting systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi, conduct client visits across the region, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
