Antilease is our domain hiring: Business Development Manager — Commercial Leasing

Antilease is a commercial and office real estate platform — the Z to A of leasing. Property and portfolio management, leasing, automated rent and invoicing, inventory and listing, broker CRM, and portfolio intelligence, all in one place.

The role

This is an on-ground role. Your job is to build Antilease's landlord and broker network from the front, in person.

Responsibilities - - - - - -

Identify and approach owners of commercial and office assets; onboard them onto the platform

Build and maintain robust working relationships with brokers and channel partners across the market

Conduct site visits, property walk-ins, and in-person meetings on a daily basis. Antilease is hiring: Business Development Manager — Commercial Leasing

Own the pipeline end to end — sourcing, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-onboarding relationship

Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and deal stages in CRM (HubSpot,



Zoho CRM, Salesforce or Pipedrive)

Feed market intelligence — rents, vacancies, demand signals — back to the product and founding team

What we're looking for - - - - -

Experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or B2B field sales (real estate background preferred, not mandatory)

Someone genuinely proactive. We're an early-stage startup — you will be building the process, not inheriting one

Strong in-person communication and a natural relationship builder

Comfortable with CRM tools and disciplined about using them

Willing to be out of the office and on the ground; 6-day working week
