We’re looking for a Business Finance Executive who can work closely with our Operations and Business teams to understand where we make money, where we lose it, and what needs to change.
You’ll work across P&L;, unit economics, budgeting, revenue and cost analysis, turning operating data into decisions.
This is a high-pressure, zero-handholding workplace. No task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
This is an in-person role (Monday–Saturday) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Track P&L;, unit economics and profitability across customers,



stores and business lines.
Analyse revenue, costs and margins to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Own budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Partner with Operations and Business teams on pricing, cost optimisation and commercial decisions.
Maintain management MIS and dashboards across key financial metrics.
Build financial models for recent customers, cities and business initiatives.

Qualifications:
1–3 years in Business Finance, FP&A;, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis. MBA / Master’s in Finance preferred.
Strong understanding of P&L;, unit economics and budgeting.
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large datasets. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail and ownership.
Comfortable working closely with Operations and challenging assumptions when the numbers don’t add up.
