Requirements

Solid written and verbal English communication

Positive customer handling etiquette and quick analytical thinking
Comfortable with rotational shifts and a fast-paced, flexible workplace

Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer technical queries via chat and email
Identify compatible parts based on customer requirements
Track and communicate order status, product features, and warranty info
Research and respond to inquiries accurately and promptly
Prioritize and resolve urgent issues efficiently
Troubleshoot problems,



identify root causes, and drive solutions

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
