About the RoleWe are looking for a Care Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day delivery of our services and ensure a smooth experience for seniors, families and caregivers.

Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate care services.
Create and maintain care plans based on individual needs.
Coordinate caregiver assignments, schedules, attendance and replacements.
Maintain regular communication with seniors and their families.
Conduct periodic home visits and service-quality checks.
Handle customer concerns and operational escalations.
Monitor caregiver performance and support caregiver onboarding.
Maintain client and caregiver records and basic MIS.
Coordinate with hospitals, doctors and other healthcare specialists when required.




Ensure UnoCura's care and service standards are followed consistently.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in healthcare, home care, hospitality, customer service, operations or a similar role.
Robust communication and people-management skills.
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Compassionate and comfortable interacting with senior citizens and their families.
Valuable problem-solving and ownership mindset.
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Telugu and Hindi preferred.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad for client/home visits.

Experience in home healthcare, elder care or patient care will be an advantage.
