Client Onboarding Specialist
Location: Gurgaon | Job Type: Full-Time | 6 Days/Week
About the Role
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide current and existing clients through the RegisterKaro app and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Explain the RegisterKaro app, features, and services to clients.
Guide clients through the onboarding and documentation process.
Handle client queries through calls, chats, and emails.
Resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain records of client interactions and onboarding status.
Requirements
Positive communication skills.
Solution-oriented approach.
Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
Customer handling or onboarding experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and work in a quick-paced environment.
