We seek a content strategist for a personal care D2C brand in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

Performance & Digital Creative

● Develop copy and creative ideas for Meta and Google performance campaigns.

● Understand different consumer personas, pain points and stages of awareness to build relevant communication.

● Write robust hooks, headlines, propositions, perk-led copy and CTAs built to drive action.

● Think beyond copy execution and contribute creative concepts and angles for performance ads.

● Learn from creative performance and use those insights to develop stronger iterations and current ideas.

Website & Landing Pages

● Write and structure copy for landing pages, product pages, category pages and other website journeys.

● Understand how information, persuasion and proof need to build as a consumer moves through a page.

● Turn product features into clear, compelling consumer benefits.

● Write with conversion, hierarchy and user intent in mind.

Social, Campaigns & Brand





● Contribute ideas and copy for social media, campaigns, launches and cultural moments.

● Participate in creative brainstorming for shoots, content formats and larger brand ideas.

● Write across formats including statics, carousels, reels, scripts, captions and campaign communication.

● Adapt Mahina’s voice across channels while keeping the brand recognisable and consistent.

Job Qualifications

● 1–5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or brand writing roles

● Proven ability to lead cross-functional content projects end-to-end

● Strong understanding of both formats (ads, videos, carousels, banners, blogs) and channels (Meta, LinkedIn, email, website, marketplaces, Google Ads, etc.)

● Sharp copy instincts content intuition that balances brand and performance

● Exceptional spoken and written English, with a basic understanding of visual communication.
