Perform user administration via AD, OU structure,

Handle OS hardening, patching, and compliance checks. N
Troubleshoot server, network, DNS, and performance issues. N
Perform backup/restore operations and collaborate with storage teams. N
Coordinate with network, security, and application teams for incident resolution. N
Ensure uptime through proactive monitoring and preventive maintenance. N
Document SOPs, RCA, andtechnical configurations. N
