We're looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who is confident, proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with different people every day.

What you'll be working on:
Connecting with clients, leads and enquiries
Managing calls, WhatsApp, email and follow-ups
Maintaining robust relationships with existing clients
Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the internal team
Keeping CRM records and communication organised
Following up on opportunities and helping move conversations forward
Learning how client servicing and relationship management work in a rapid-paced creative industry
