Key Responsibilities -

Handle post-order, post-delivery and support communication via calls & WhatsApp -
Re-engage existing and inactive customers to drive repeat purchases -
Manage returns, exchanges and cancellations with focus on saving orders - Provide fit, size and product guidance to improve customer satisfaction -
Collect structured feedback on product, fit and overall experience -
Maintain customer records, preferences and interaction logs - Coordinate insights with internal teams to improve product & processes -
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
