Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative (USA Market) is responsible for generating revenue through outbound communications to U.S.-based customers clients. In addition to lead generation and sales, this role supports all sales operations, assists with order fulfillment coordination and billing, and maintains ongoing relationships to serve future customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Research U.S-based company websites gathering key lead information.
Generate and schedule qualified appointments for the U.S. sales team through outbound communications (emails and text messages) to U.S.-based leads.
Make outbound emails and text messages to U.S.-based potential and existing customers.
Present services and products clearly and persuasively.




Schedule video appointments for the USA based outside sales team
Handle objections and follow up on prospects to close sales professionally.
Coordinate internally to ensure all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately.
Confirm payment processing.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and support additional products and services.
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Meet or exceed assigned revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications:
Bechules degree

· Read, and write clearly and professionally in English.
Robust persuasion and objection-handling skills.
Willingness to work shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
Target-driven mindset with solid organizational skills.

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission and performance incentives.

Pay: ₹18,784.16 - ₹25,834.10 per month
