Role Description The Cost Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for monitoring and managing costs across the company’s operations. This role involves tracking expenses, analyzing cost variances, and preparing cost reports to support decision-making and profitability.

The Cost

Controller will collaborate with finance and operations teams to establish cost standards, review budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate cost records,



assisting in cost forecasting, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and financial policies.

Qualifications
Strong cost management capabilities, including Cost Control and Cost Management skills.
Proficiency in Cost Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret financial data for operational decisions.
Well-developed Analytical Skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify trends and variances.
Experience working with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or a similar operations-focused workplace is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records and compliance.
