Indovance is looking for a senior engineering leader to head our Infrastructure & Heavy Civil Business Unit and lead global offshore delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects across North America.

About the Role

You will own end-to-end delivery, technical quality, operational excellence, and business performance across highways, bridges, rail, utilities, aviation, drainage, grading, and BIM projects. This is a strategic leadership role with P&L; ownership and global client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Infrastructure Business Unit delivery and profitability.
Manage offshore engineering teams and project delivery.
Drive QA/QC, delivery governance, and digital engineering standards.
Build client relationships and manage project escalations.
Scale engineering capability and mentor technical leaders.

We're Looking For
15 years in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering.
10 years in engineering delivery leadership.
Experience managing offshore or global engineering teams.
Expertise in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, MicroStation, Revit Structure, BIM workflows.
Experience with North American infrastructure projects is preferred
