Experience Required:
Solid experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding
Expertise in Surgery coding across multiple specialties
Hands-on experience with Emergency Department (ED) coding
Knowledge of Multispecialty qualified coding
Typically 8 years of medical coding experience with team leadership exposure

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor coding teams handling E/M, Surgery, ED, and Multispecialty accounts.
Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to coders.
Analyze coding trends, denials, and revenue cycle impacts.
Support client communications and operational reviews.
Implement process improvements and training initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, SLA adherence, and quality metrics.




Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
CPC, CCS, or equivalent coding certification.
Solid understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines.
Experience leading teams, conducting audits, and managing performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle multiple specialties and complex coding scenarios.
