Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their qualified growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in developing and deploying marketing automation workflows and campaigns.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies within marketing platforms.
Ability to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other enterprise systems and data sources.
Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs relevant to marketing cloud customization.
Knowledge of data management and analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
