Role Description The Digital Marketing Intern will support campaign planning and execution across social media and online channels in a hybrid setup based in Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement for various brands. The intern will help with basic digital marketing tasks such as keyword research, content coordination, and updating campaign reports.





The role involves collecting and analyzing performance data using web analytics tools, preparing summaries, and sharing insights with the team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to influencer marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and cooperative work in a rapid-paced agency environment.

Qualifications
Strong foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing, with an interest in influencer campaigns.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts, including SEO fundamentals and campaign optimization.
Ability to work with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and present transparent insights.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate in a team setting.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Comfort with hybrid working (onsite in Kolkata and remote), good time management, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and basic content creation tools is an advantage.
