Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti (LJJ) is a grassroots organisation working since 2009 with young people, girls and women from underserved communities in Delhi NCR.

Our work focuses on education, employability, life skills, leadership and agency, enabling young people to move from limited opportunities to greater voice, choice and economic independence.

About the Role

We are looking for a agile and empathetic Soft Skills Trainer who can work closely with young people from underserved communities and help them become confident, employable and workplace-ready.

The trainer will be responsible not only for delivering sessions, but for creating an setting where young people can speak, question, practice, make mistakes and grow.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
