Events Coordinator — Defence Reimagined

As an Events Coordinator at Defence Reimagined, you’ll support the planning and execution of high-level defence and strategic affairs events, including conferences, roundtables, dialogues, seminars and closed-door discussions.

The role involves coordinating with senior military and government officials, industry leaders, academics, speakers and delegates, while managing everything from invitations and RSVPs to event logistics and on-ground execution.

Key responsibilities:
End-to-end event coordination and logistics
Speaker, delegate and stakeholder coordination
Invitations, RSVPs and registration management
Venue, vendor and production coordination
Preparing event briefs, schedules and run-of-show documents




On-ground event management and troubleshooting
Post-event coordination and follow-ups
Supporting Defence Reimagined’s wider events and strategic programmes
