About CultivateU Studios

CultivateU Studios Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Unreal Engine Gameplay Programmer to join our early development team and contribute to a commercial game project currently being developed toward its vertical slice.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely interested in game development and wants to become part of the project as it grows, rather than someone looking for a short-term task.

What You'll Work On
Gameplay systems and mechanics in Unreal Engine
Blueprint-based gameplay implementation
Player interactions, triggers, events, and game logic
NPC/AI and gameplay systems
UI and gameplay integration
Integration and debugging of existing systems and assets
Gameplay prototyping and iteration
Git-based project workflow

What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of practical Unreal Engine experience
Strong understanding of Blueprints




Basic programming and OOP fundamentals
Ability to build and integrate gameplay systems
Positive problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly
Familiarity with Git/version control

Positive to have: Unreal Engine C++, AI/NPC systems, UI integration, multiplayer/online systems, APIs, or plugin integration.
