Role Description The Guest Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ponnani. This position is responsible for welcoming patients and visitors, answering inquiries, and guiding them through registration, waiting areas, and relevant departments. Daily tasks include managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling phone calls, and ensuring timely and clear communication between guests and medical staff.

The role also involves addressing concerns, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a skilled, calm, and empathetic presence.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience.
Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills.
Relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, remain organized, and handle stressful situations calmly.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment scheduling systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in hospitality or healthcare administration is an advantage.
