Job Title: HR Head

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 15 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a result driven HR-Head who will be responsible for developing HR Strategy, building scalable people processes, driving talent acquisition, strengthening culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business expansion across multiple cities.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with company’s growth objectives
Responsible for designing and implementing performance management systems, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks
Responsible for leading talent acquisition & hiring across corporate, operations & other functions
Oversee payroll, attendance, HRMS, and employee lifecycle management
Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements
Standardize HR policies, SOPs,



and set up HR Ops as per business objective
Manage and track key HR metrics including attrition, hiring efficiency, productivity & employee engagement

Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates from Tier-1 MBA/PGDHRM preferred (XLRI, TISS, IIM, MDI).
Experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, FMCG, or high-growth startups preferred
Proven track record of scaling teams across multiple locations
