About the role

Pentad Education is looking for a driven sales & marketing person to join our core team. You'll be selling Sukruthi Sarani — our Kannada learning Kits and school Labs — to bookstores, schools, preschools, and franchise partners, and helping us build entirely new revenue channels.

This isn't a plug-and-play sales job. You'll be building relationships and revenue from the ground up, with a genuine path to a leadership position based on performance.

What you'll do
Sell Sukruthi Sarani Kits (bookstores, school campuses, retail) and Lab installations (preschools, franchises)
Build and manage relationships with schools, retail partners, and franchise leads
Represent Pentad at events and exhibitions to source recent clients
Help identify and build out new revenue streams beyond our current offerings

Who we're looking for
Loves sales and the process of building recent relationships
Comfortable with a performance-based, results-first environment
Prior experience in B2B/school sales, ed-tech, or retail partnerships is a plus
