About the job:

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Executive – Google Ads to join our Paid Media team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced agency workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing for better performance
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions
Prepare and share performance reports with actionable insights
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Content, Design, Client Servicing) for integrated campaigns
Manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and best practices
Ensure adherence to client goals, budgets, and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:




1–2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and keyword planners
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Must be comfortable working from the office
