Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to manage our international sales and develop new overseas clients.
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in export sales/business development, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of international clients, buyers, importers, or distributors.

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Robust client relationship management skills.
Good network of international buyers, importers, distributors or clients is highly preferred.
Knowledge of export procedures, documentation and shipping.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel when required.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new international customers and business opportunities.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing overseas clients.
Handle enquiries from international customers and follow up regularly.
Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.




Develop new markets and find new buyers/distributors.
Meet monthly and yearly export sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and shipment.
Coordinate with logistics/freight forwarders for timely shipments.
Follow up on payments from international customers.
Keep proper records of clients, enquiries, orders and sales.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions and business meetings when required.
Provide regular sales and market updates to management.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in medical products, healthcare products, spices, FMCG, agricultural products or other export businesses will be preferred.
