Manage day-to-day maintenance and operations of the property/site.
Coordinate housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, and other facility services.
Ensure the property is clean, protected, well-maintained, and presentable.
Handle maintenance complaints and resolve issues on time.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Monitor facility expenses, supplies, and maintenance records.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure safety standards are followed.
Prepare basic reports and coordinate with management for facility-related requirements.
Pay: ₹16,243.91 - ₹61,935.91 per month
