Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural and mechanical components.
Develop and prepare FEA models, meshes, boundary conditions, and load cases.
Conduct static, modal, buckling, thermal, and fatigue analysis as required.
Analyze and interpret simulation results and prepare technical reports.
Perform stress, deformation, vibration, and structural integrity assessments.
Support design optimization and recommend design improvements based on analysis results.
Correlate FEA results with hand calculations and test results.
Work closely with Design, Manufacturing, and Testing teams.
Follow applicable engineering standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
