Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers/clients in the USA.
Explain products/services and generate sales through telephone calls.
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Positive English communication skills with a neutral/clear accent.
Comfortable working in a US night shift.




Candidates with International BPO, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support experience will be preferred.
Must be target-oriented and confident on calls.
