We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for our B2B/SaaS audience. The ideal candidate should have solid email marketing, copywriting, automation, and campaign analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Set up and manage automated email workflows.
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversions, and bounce rates.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better results.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation and nurturing.
Maintain email deliverability and database hygiene.




Prepare campaign performance reports and insights.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Email Marketing.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
Solid copywriting and communication skills.
Positive understanding of email automation, segmentation, and analytics.
Experience with B2B/SaaS marketing will be an advantage.
Knowledge of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
