BugsBurner is hiring two Email & Chat Support Executives for our Vadodara office.

Key responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through email and live chat in a skilled and timely manner
Understand customer issues, provide explicit solutions, and follow up until resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support requests
Coordinate with the technical team when an issue requires escalation
Handle basic website content or formatting tasks using HTML and CSS
Work during the night shift aligned with US business hours

Requirements:
Good written and spoken English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Comfortable working with email, chat tools, and web-based systems
Valuable typing, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work from the Vadodara office during the night shift
Freshers with suitable communication and computer skills may apply
