Location: Iritty, Kannur
Monitor daily sales performance of the sales team.
Allocate sales responsibilities and customer handling among team members.
Support the team in achieving individual and showroom sales targets.
Follow up on pending enquiries, customer leads, and potential sales.
Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer conversion.
Monitor product movement and ensure effective presentation of jewellery
Supervise and guide Sales Executives and other floor staff.
Conduct daily briefings regarding targets, products, offers, schemes, and showroom activities.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Support recent employees and trainees in understanding showroom procedures.
Motivate the team and maintain a positive working setting.
Experience : 5–10 years of relevant experience in jewellery, retail, luxury retail, or showroom sales management is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
