Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at The Anchorage Athirapilly Resort in Thrissur. This role oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently met across all dining areas. The supervisor coordinates staff schedules, assigns duties, and provides guidance and coaching to team members to maintain efficient service and a positive work setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring food service quality, supporting menu implementation, handling guest inquiries or concerns, and collaborating with the kitchen and front office teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.



The role also involves maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing inventory and requisitions, and assisting with special events and functions as needed.

Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, staff coordination, and performance oversight.
Ability to uphold and implement high service standards, with attention to detail in food presentation and guest experience.
Hands-on experience in food service operations, including order handling, table service, and coordination with kitchen staff.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction, problem-solving, and professional hospitality conduct.
Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene regulations; certification in food safety is an advantage.
Prior experience in hotel or resort food and beverage departments is preferred.
Certificate, diploma, or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is beneficial.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
