HR Recruiter – Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Sector 62, Noida | Work From Office

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month

Working Days: 5 Days

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.
Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews.
Manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
Handle salary negotiation, offer coordination and follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate records.

Requirements
3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in non-IT hiring.
Strong sourcing,



headhunting and candidate screening skills.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
Solid communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements.
